Customized Surface Treatment

We can offer various surface treatment suitable for metal and plastic parts including polishing, chrome plating, gold plating, spray plating, powder coating, hot dipping and anodizing.

Material Optional

More than 30 metal and plastic materials are available. Materials are all certified.

Quality Control

We take pride in supplying our customers the quality prototype and production parts you demand. Dimensional inspection is conducted using a combination of CMMs, projector, gauges and calipers etc.

Metal chemistry is verified by spectrometer and test bars are poured with each heat to ensure conformance to material specifications. Upon request, we can supply customized PPAP documentation to meet your quality needs including NDT inspection and material certifications.
